Job summary

Ferguson is seeking an Outbound Dock Loader for the Coxsackie, NY Regional Distribution Center. You will safely load outbound orders, use RF scanners, and ensure timely shipment while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 6:00pm–2:30am, with a starting rate of $23.50 per hour plus a monthly incentive bonus. Ferguson offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within a leading North American distribution network.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years warehouse experience in shipping/receiving/inventory management preferred but not required.
• Fast-paced, changing environment; adapt quickly to new processes.
• Positive demeanor, dependability and strong work ethic.

• Self-starter with ability to learn our systems quickly.
• Focus on improving system efficiencies and business practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

As a Loader/Outbound Dock Associate, you will:

• Safely operate a dock stocker load outbound customer orders.
• Use technology like RF to pick, sort, scan, and ship orders.
• Wrap, sort, load and transport pallets and packages.
• Performs general warehouse duties facilitating the flow of goods.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Adhere to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $24.98

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
