Qualifications

• High School or GED required; 4–6 years of related experience preferred.
• Proficiency in policy and procedures, storage, traffic and vehicle planning, and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance, equipment handling, and inventory control systems.
• Champion safe working conditions and ensure equipment safety and adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate warehousing activities with management to ensure efficiency.
• Evaluate team performance, provide training, and report findings to management.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Record inventory transactions in manual or automated systems.
• Reinforce SEAL Operating Systems to boost productivity and service.
• Supervise daily activities of shifts under the Distribution Center Supervisor.
