Job summary

Academy Sports + Outdoors is seeking Distribution Center Team Members to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee receiving, storage, and shipping workflows, coaching team members and adjusting priorities to resolve challenges while maintaining safety and quality. A high school diploma or GED is required, with at least 1 year of related experience and supervisory exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of distribution functions and production standards preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and warehouse systems.
• Strong communication skills across listening, speaking, and writing.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with operations teams.
