Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.

Responsibilities

• Monitors productivity of warehouse associates and balances workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provides training, tools, and equipment for warehouse associates to perform tasks safely and efficiently.
• Acts as a point-of-contact for escalated issues and ensures warehousing functions run smoothly.
• Identifies process improvements to enhance DC performance and departmental effectiveness.
• Evaluates the DC's alignment for efficiency and inventory management.
• Ensures associates maintain clean work areas and follow safety policies and procedures.
• Completes appropriate paperwork and productivity reports.
