NAPA Auto Parts is seeking an Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate at the Middletown distribution center. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and conducting quality inspections on inbound and outbound shipments using handheld scanners.

## Distribution Center Inventory Control AssociateApply: On-Site: Middletown, DE, USA: Full time: Posted Today: End Date: October 9, 2026 (15 days left to apply): R26\\_0000027418**Job Summary**The Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) Associate will play a critical role in ensuring inventory accuracy and product quality for NAPA’s automotive parts aftermarket in the distribution center. Reporting to the ICQA Manager, the ICQA Associate will be expected to take ownership of ICQA tasks such as performing cycle counts, conducting audits, inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments using handheld scanning technology, verifying stock levels, resolving inventory discrepancies, monitoring proper storage conditions, and identifying quality issues to uphold NAPA’s high standards. They will be expected to operate all equipment as/if needed in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards, including powered industrial trucks as/if needed.
