Qualifications

• 1+ years of distribution or warehouse experience.
• Basic mathematics and reading skills and strong understanding of inventory flow.

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing and various physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive pallets and complete receipts by purchase order, aligning product by vendor.
• Stage and load product into outbound trailers following shipping best practices.
• Ensure accuracy and proper orientation of loads to prevent damage.
• Stack and organize items to support safe handling and unloading.
• Perform putaway, picking, and shipping tasks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Meet individual, team, and departmental productivity and performance goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
