Job summary

Jobtailor in Mississippi seeks a reliable warehouse worker to support inventory control and order processing. You will help unload, sort, label, and pack products while ensuring accuracy and safety.

This role uses crown, reach truck, forklift, order picker equipment, and scanning devices to move goods efficiently. You will report to a DC supervisor and join a team focused on quality, speed, and OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

At least 18 years of age.
Comfort standing for long periods with heat, cold, noise, and dust exposure.
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Preferred: prior warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments.
Must comply with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse responsibilities supporting inventory integrity and order processing.
Complete inbound and outbound tasks: unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, and packing.
Ensure products are shipped to meet customer quality and delivery expectations.
Perform inspections and maintenance to ensure safety compliance.
Operate computerized scanning equipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment per OSHA and Hazardous Material rules.
Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed.
Report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and interact with other DC Associates.
Perform other tasks as directed by leadership.

Complete inbound and outbound warehouse tasks, including unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, picking, and packing products
Ensure products are shipped correctly to meet customer quality and delivery expectations
Perform inspections and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety requirements
Operate computerized scanning equipment
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed
Report directly to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and interact regularly with other DC Associates
Perform other tasks as directed by leadership

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust, around moving equipment and elevated stations
Ability to frequently lift, slide, and lower packages up to 75 pounds
Ability to receive feedback and work well in a team environment
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett, Turret Truck, and Forklift
Preferred: previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments
Preferred: great attention to detail, quality, and safety
Must comply with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
