What you’ll do

• Receives, examines, and organizes incoming shipments, rejects damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with operations team to rectify damages/shortages.
• Track and document exact shipment arrival times.
• Inspect products for defects and damages.
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged merchandise items.
• Communicates effectively with operations team to ensure time sensitive projects are handled with the proper sense of urgency.
• Organize warehouse space, stock, and maintain inventory.
• Label and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type.
• Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately.
• Complete periodic stock counts of all inventory.
• Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
• Prepare & ship all orders accurately and efficiently.
• Operates lifts & hand trucks to move or hoist items to proper areas/storage following all safety procedures.
• Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations.
• Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Complies with all company standards as outlined in employee handbook.

Qualifications
