Burlington Stores is seeking an experienced DC Area Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates in shipping, receiving, and storage activities. You will ensure safety, productivity, and policy compliance while driving cross-functional projects to improve performance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in a high-volume distribution environment, and leadership skills.

Position OverviewAs the Distribution Center (DC) Area Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of warehouse operations, while leading a team of Distribution Center Associates in efficiently and effectively executing shipping / receiving responsibilities safely, productively and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
