Job summary

New Balance Nashville Distribution Center is seeking a reliable associate to pick, pack, and ship orders, process returns, and manage inventory with safety and quality at the forefront.

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Pay: $18.00/hour with a 15% shift differential. The role requires lifting 50 lbs, standing long hours, and operation of RF scanners/WMS.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, and troubleshoot problems to resolution.
• Receive and process returns and exchanges.
• Organize shipments to 3rd party distributors.
• Sort, count, package, label, unpack and log inventory which is shipped or received.
• Inspect shipments for damages or defects; record discrepancies or damages and notify supervisor.
• Reorganize inventory on shelves in warehouse for seasonality.
• Unpack shipment of product and replenish warehouse shelves.
• Identify all returned defective units with proper defective reason code.
• Other duties as assigned.

$18.00 an hour plus a 15% shift differential

JOB MISSION:

Responsible for all functions in the Distribution Center with safety as a priority and ensuring the highest level of quality to our customers around the world.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, and troubleshoot problems to resolution.
• Receive and process returns and exchanges.

Requirements For Success

• Good communication skills required, including reading and understanding of the English language and ability to match numbers/letters.
• Proven track record of stability and dependability in the workplace.
• Ability to use RF scanner or WMS workstation.
• Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Able to push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Able to stand/walk on concrete surface for 10+ hours per day, with regular bending, reaching, and crouching.
• Go up and down stairs and work at a height up to 20 feet on the mezzanine (where applicable).
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)/Home School equivalency preferred.

Nashville, TN Distribution Center Only Pay Range: $16.95 - $21.20 - $25.40 Hourly (actual base pay varying based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.)
