A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Associate. This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION

• Location: Redlands CA 92374 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $18.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | 1st Shift, 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM

DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS

The Distribution Associate will join a warehouse operations team. This role is responsible for accurately picking orders, operating material handling equipment, and ensuring products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the facility.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance.
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.

DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate an Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) to pick and transport products.
• Read and interpret pick tickets, labels, and shipping documentation.
• Utilize handheld scanners and RF devices to track inventory and order fulfillment.
• Move materials and finished goods using warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyors, and power trucks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records and support inventory control efforts.
• Perform general warehouse duties while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

DISTRIBUTION ASSOCIATE | REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 2+ years of Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ) experience.
• Proven case-picking experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience using RF scanners or handheld inventory devices.
• Ability to read and understand pick tickets and warehouse documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer and math skills.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced warehouse setting.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Safety shoes required.
