POSITION SUMMARY: Under minimal supervision, the Distribution and Inventory Manager oversees and manages work site logistics, warehouse, self-help and work site asset inventory. Employees in this job class develop and manage their respective budgets, set goals and objectives for staff, performance manage subordinates and make decisions to improve program performance based on performance indicators. This job class requires comprehensive knowledge of effective management techniques, warehouse management, negotiation strategies, production center operations, customer service, and inventory control systems.

Bachelors in Business Administration or related field
A comparable combination of formal education and work experience will be considered.
Work is performed in a business office environment with limited privacy and some exposure to background noise and in a distribution environment with forklifts, material handling and production equipment and depending on external weather conditions, exposure to heat, cold, wind and rain. Travel between worksites is required.
