Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Distinguished Software Engineer focused on CI/CD to advance cloud-native platforms and modern deployment workflows. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product managers and leaders to shape scalable, production-ready solutions across our apps.

In this role you will lead through technical contribution, mentor engineers, and help recruit and grow Capital One Tech talent while guiding secure and efficient software delivery across multiple environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• 7+ years in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Experience with cloud technologies strongly preferred.
