Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Distinguished Engineer for Full Stack, remote-eligible role. You will lead technical direction across domains, decompose complex problems, and ensure high-quality architectures for AI-native, scalable systems.

You will collaborate with Capital Markets, Finance Tech, and AI teams to drive architectural excellence, establish AI-native engineering standards, and mentor engineers while delivering leveraging cloud platforms and modern data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 7+ years in software engineering and solution architecture.
• Experience designing and building distributed HPC and ML systems.
• Experience with full ML development lifecycle and AI/ML frameworks.
• Cloud computing experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Data engineering experience.
