Job summary

Sazerac is seeking a part-time Gift Shop Attendant in New Orleans to create a welcoming shopping experience for visitors and staff. You will handle retail transactions, answer questions, keep the shop stocked, and help maintain attractive displays in a fast-paced visitor environment. Schedule: part-time, 3-4 eight-hour days per week; pay: $17–$19 per hour.

Prior VIP guest or tourism experience is a plus. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist visitors with questions, product information, and purchases.
• Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently while following cash-handling and sales procedures.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and attractive sales floor by restocking merchandise and keeping displays presentable.
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to the appropriate team members.
• Support VIP guest visits and other special visitor needs as requested.
