Qualifications

• The ability to start-up, operate, shut down, and conduct sanitation on the crushing, pressing, various tanks and pumping equipment.
• The ability to lift and move 80 pounds.
• Receive and draw samples from the various deliveries of raw materials upon receipt.
• Be able to legibly maintain all records and reports required.
• Be able to accurately measure and transfer products.
• Be able to communicate effectively with fellow Operators, Management, and other Employees.
