Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking an Assistant Operator, Distillation to assist the Control Panel Operator and Supervisor with hourly facility reviews, safety compliance, and testing of operating systems. The role includes loading/unloading tankers, pumping operations, and coordinating with maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, a high-school diploma, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Performs hourly reviews of the facility and tests operating systems.
• Loads and unloads tankers and dry vans.
• Operates pumps and attaches hoses for ethanol transfer.
• Uses forklift to move drums and totes.
• Conducts tests on samples and maintains accurate logs.
• Supports maintenance and takes on additional duties.
