Job summary

ENS Solutions, LLC in Washington state seeks a Dissemination Officer to support national intelligence clients with discovery and timely dissemination of intelligence products.

You’ll publish industry-quality intelligence, influence mission stakeholders, and resolve complex problems with end-to-end impact while advancing your expertise in intelligence policy. Team of specialists guides from project discovery to delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience generating metadata tags for intelligence products.
• Knowledge of CAPCO classification, IC MSP XML metadata, or ICD 501 guidelines.
• Ability to transfer products using cross-domain mechanisms; perform DTO duties.

With an intelligence analyst background, you’ll develop your problem-solving skills to secure national assets through research and analysis of sensitive information as aDisseminationOfficer. As aDisseminationOfficer on our team, you’ll support our national intelligence clients in the area of intelligence collection and discoverability. Working with a team of highly technical intelligence specialists, you’ll improve upon and publish industry quality intelligence products. From project discovery to influencing mission stakeholders, you’ll help resolve complex problems that have an end-to-end impact on our nation. Work with us to shape the future of intelligence.

• 2+ years of experience with generating metadata tags for intelligence product timely, ensuring its discoverable across multiple domains and accessible to all eligible stakeholders
• Knowledge of Controlled Access Program Coordination Office (CAPCO) Classification, IC MSP XML metadata, or Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 501 standards and guidelines
• Ability to transfer products using a cross-domain mechanism in a timely manner
• Ability to perform Data Transfer Officer (DTO) duties
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with addressing Compartmented Access Program (CAP) request for access concerns
• Ability to communicate with service requester and customers about sourcing requirements and issues
• Ability to process task quickly and efficiently
