Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial interviews with clients to identify factors impacting legal representation.
• Provide clients with community resource information and coordinate referrals.
• Prepare mitigation materials such as narrative reports and timelines.
• Collaborate with defense attorneys to develop strategies and disposition options.
• Participate in multidisciplinary staffing to identify barriers and improve outcomes.
• Investigate cases by interviewing clients, witnesses, and collaterals; locate witnesses and document results.
• Obtain and analyze records to support case investigation and disposition planning.
