Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required, or a High School Diploma and 4 years of relevant experience.
• 5 years experience in construction, engineering, or operations management.
• Preferred: PE, RLS, or PG certificates.

• Manage landfill operations including fill sequencing and waste placement.
• Understand environmental protection regulations and compliance.
• Participate in community relations and public affairs events.
