UNICEF is seeking a time-bound consultant to strengthen its institutional approach to internal displacement and durable solutions. The role supports revision of the Institutional Action Plan and manages priority workstreams across global and country offices.

The assignment aims to align global priorities with evidence, learning and country realities, advancing child rights within humanitarian and development efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in international development, humanitarian affairs, human rights, migration or displacement studies, social sciences, public policy, international relations, law, or related field.
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in internal displacement, durable solutions, child rights, humanitarian development programming, policy or advocacy.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another UN official language is an asset.
• Ability to work across organizational units, sectors and geographic contexts.
