Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Handler to weigh and dispense raw materials per MBR and SOPs in a climate-controlled production environment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to GMP standards, and meticulous inventory management. This position requires basic math, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift and move materials as needed in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Six months or more related experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Experience with material weighing, measuring, and verification processes per batch records or production documentation.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in weights, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.
• Ability to read and write English and follow SOPs and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Dispense raw materials as required by MBR.
• Fill out Inventory cards as required by SOPs.
• Fill out MBR as required by SOPs.
• Maintain company Inventory system as required by SOPs.
• Comply with safety rules, SOPs, and cGMPs.
• Keep work area clean and sanitary.
• Report safety hazards to Supervisor or Maintenance.
• Return raw materials to correct warehouse locations.
• Ensure containers/items are properly labeled.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager

Job description

Weigh raw materials as specified in the MBR (Manufacturing Batch Record) in accordance with company SOP’s and cGMP guidelines. The dispenser is also responsible for the cleanliness of the Dispensing room and accurate maintenance of raw material inventory cards.

• Dispenses raw materials as required by MBR (Manufacturing Batch Record).
