Meadow Gold Dairy, part of DFA, is hiring a Dispenser/Filler Operator for the PM shift in Great Falls, MT. You will run the bottle-fill line, monitor quality, and document results while maintaining clean, safe operations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Pre-employment screenings apply; on-site work with union benefits and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler machinery to bottle various dairy product lines, ensuring cleanliness and sterility.
• Clean, set-up, and monitor production line equipment and perform routine quality checks.
• Record required data and documentation accurately per SOPs and QA standards.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and packaging quality during runs.
• Adjust filler timing and settings; troubleshoot basic to moderate line issues.
• Prepare equipment for next run and assist with line changeovers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with PPE, safety, and GMP requirements.

Meadow Gold Dairy has an immediate position open for a Dispenser / FillerOperator to work our PM Shift. Our Machine/Filler Operatorsensure timely and efficient bottling of dairy products and will be responsible for keeping area clean and sanitized to meet FDA standards.

Job Description

• Ensuring optimum quality products through the operation of the filler of various product families following regulatory standards, ensuring the product is clean and sterile.
• Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line.
• Complete all required documentation and scheduled quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product.
• Make adjustments to filler timing and filling, & check mat as needed.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
• Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing.
• Ensure that the proper packaging materials are used for each product being produced.
• Perform filler and filler line changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete cleaning checklist once line has completed run.
• Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed.
• Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees and notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production.
• Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurate format, and completed with required information. Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP's.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary and safe work area.
• Follow all required work safe practices. This would include wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints, etc.
• Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food quality related to designated area.
• Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

$21.99 - $25.87 per hour

+$.50 for hours worked between 6pm and 6am

SCHEDULE:

Off Tuesday, Friday, Saturday

• Must be ableto lift up to 50 pounds and assist others when lifting is necessary and manually stack 6-8 cases high
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays
• May occasionally be exposed to cleaning chemicals
