Job summary

Cloud Cannabis / Stash Ventures in Michigan seeks a General Manager to lead dispensary operations, ensuring compliance with security, inventory, and local/state regulations. You will guide staff to deliver superior customer service and ensure safety for customers and employees.

You will set sales and profit goals, work with procurement to secure quality products, manage scheduling, and coach teams on service, labor practices, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5+ years retail management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to read reports and write procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with security, inventory and state regulations.
• Lead staff to deliver top-level customer service.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of customers and employees.
• Educate staff on cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption methods.
• Set sales, service and profit goals and drive results.
• Coordinate with Inventory Specialist and Procurement Manager.
• Staffing planning and scheduling coordination.
• Coach staff on service and labor practices within the community.
• Develop and implement dispensary policies and procedures.
• Maintain sales, inventory and performance reports.
