DCM Inc. is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to support inventory control in our dispensary operations. The role involves picking, scanning, labeling, and managing product flow to ensure accurate stock levels and compliance with regulations.

Our Fulfillment Associate will play a critical role in supporting overall inventory control within the dispensary. This position involves being assigned daily fulfillment roles, such as 'Runner', 'Picker', 'Scanner', and 'Teams Comms', in addition to assisting with receiving and storing cannabis products and supplies. This role must maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records at all times. The Fulfillment Associate will monitor product quality, check expiration dates, and help maintain smooth inventory flow. Additionally, this role includes performing regular inventory counts, supporting inventory management systems, and working with the team to streamline picking and storage processes.
