Job summary

Trulieve in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Dispensary Associate to guide customers on their cannabis journey, educate on products, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ years of age, cash handling experience, and strong communication skills.

You will handle online orders, ensure compliance with state regulations, and support a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or equivalent and experience in the field or in a similar field.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Prior experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels.
• Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
• Must be able to work effectively without supervision and in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; maintain confidentiality.
• Able to understand and follow written/oral instructions.
• Able to interact with customers and team members respectfully and politely.
• Must possess the mental and physical capacities to perform the job duties.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record for the Delivery Driver role.

Responsibilities

• Assist Managers and Shift Supervisors with returns in accordance with policy.
• Prepare and process patient orders in a timely and efficient manner.

• Assist customers with product or device issues.
• Collaborate with leadership to find solutions to customer issues.
• Document customer issues and concerns on the customer profile.
• Maintain a clean and well‑stocked workstation throughout the shift.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management.
• May be required to perform additional team tasks as needed.

Job Title:Dispensary Associate – Part‑time

Pay: $15.15an hour (position is also eligible for tips)

The Dispensary Associateis responsible forguiding a customer on their journey into cannabis by educating them on the benefits and potential side effects. In this role, you will need to be knowledgeable enough to speak to customers about various products and their effects while providing excellent customer service. The primary function of a Dispensary Associate is tofacilitatea customer's purchase per State regulations, while providing an exceptional customer experience.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers, guests, and coworkers.
• Provide empathy and compassion to patients.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AS ONLINE SUPPORT:

Assistwith processing all online orders, including deliveries, in a 2‑hourtimeframe.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT,PAand WV).
