Job summary

iAnthus Capital is seeking a part-time Dispensary/Delivery Associate in Gainesville, FL to educate patients about cannabis products and handle orders, delivering warm, informed service in the dispensary.

You will record transactions, maintain a clean environment, and collaborate with dispensary managers. Requirements include high school diploma, 21+, 2+ years customer service, reliable transportation, and a Ganjier certificate preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Recent and relevant hospitality and/or retail experience required.
• Must possess a positive and professional attitude.
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and systems.
• Ganjier Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment of “Patients First” focusing on excellent patient interaction.
• Recognize and appropriately respond to the patients with ease and compassion.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality with patient information and interactions.
• Multi-task, think critically and work quickly to resolve problems as they arise.
• Create and execute patient orders based on physician recommendations and accurately deduct the amount from the Office of Medical Marijuana Use Registry (OMMUR).
• Keep current with company policies and procedures.
• Operate the company vehicle safely and responsibly, maintaining a clean driving record within company guidelines.
• Deliver timely and accurate goods following set and established routes, ensuring effectiveness and promptness.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager

Position Summary:

As a Dispensary/Delivery Associate, you’ll be a vital force in the evolving world of cannabis. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll be at the forefront of patient acquisition for medicinal cannabis and welcoming adult‑use use customers, fostering an environment where education, exploration, and satisfaction intersect. Your primary responsibility is to offer comprehensive education on strains, effects, and various methods of cannabis use, ensuring everyone receives tailored information to make informed decisions. Beyond education, you’ll be the face of our dispensary, delivering warm and informed service, recording transactions in the POS system, and collaborating closely with dispensary managers to maintain a clean and organized dispensary environment.
