Responsibilities

• Driver Scheduling & Routing: Plan and assign daily routes and deliveries based on business needs and driver availability.
• Load Coordination: Schedule and manage outbound deliveries; limited broker negotiation compared to high-volume environments.
• Driver Support & Communication: Maintain regular communication with drivers regarding schedules, delays, and route adjustments.
• Tracking & Issue Resolution: Monitor shipments and address delays, breakdowns, or service issues.
• Compliance & Safety: Support DOT compliance, including HOS tracking and log review.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate shipment records and related documents.
