M&M Thrift Management is seeking a reliable Dispatcher to join our team in a fast-paced thrift environment. You will manage driver dispatch, schedule pickups, and serve as the customer service liaison to donors and corporate partners, ensuring smooth operations and timely communications.

Your daily responsibilities include handling calls, coordinating with drivers, and using dispatch software to keep accurate records while supporting store leadership and pricers as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from customers, donors, and partners with information and assistance.
• Coordinate pickup requests and communicate with customers and drivers.
• Schedule pickups with the Head Driver to meet service expectations.
• Provide drivers with essential information and updates during assignments.
• Address customer issues promptly and maintain high satisfaction.
