SRM Concrete (Smyrna Ready Mix) in Ocala, FL, seeks a dedicated dispatcher to connect customers, drivers, and plants for timely concrete deliveries. You will champion service, coordinate orders, and uphold safety and quality standards across locations.

You should bring proven multitasking ability, strong communication, and leadership experience, with a proactive attitude towards learning dispatch systems and improving operations. This role emphasizes collaboration and dependable teamwork.

• Master multitasking: Juggle multiple orders, schedules, and priorities-coordinating with plant managers, drivers, and sales teams to guarantee timely and accurate concrete deliveries.
• Lead by example: Set the standard for professionalism, teamwork, and service excellence within the Central Dispatch team.
• Drive operational efficiency: Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and help implement solutions that keep our operations running smoothly.
• Resolve challenges: Manage customer inquiries, address delivery or quality issues, and turn problems into opportunities to exceed expectations.
• Foster collaboration: Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to ensure seamless communication and support.
