United Rentals in Wisconsin is seeking a Dispatcher to organize daily equipment dispatch for the branch in a safe, timely manner. You will coordinate drivers, monitor schedules, and respond to customer delivery needs to keep operations running smoothly.

In this role you’ll support the inside sales team, arrange field repairs as needed, and maintain clear communication with customers and teammates. A high school diploma and valid license are required, with strong safety awareness and multitasking

Qualifications

• Must have DOT/federal motor carrier knowledge and safety awareness.
• Strong multitasking and customer service skills are required.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities are essential.

Responsabilités

• Schedule drivers and dispatch equipment for the branch.
• Assist with customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service.
• Arrange for emergency field repairs as needed.
• Review driver schedules to fulfill customer requests.

What You'll Do

• Schedule drivers and organize dispatch of all equipment for the branch
• Assist in taking customer telephone orders for deliveries, pickups and service
• Arrange for all emergency field repairs
• Answer customer calls and review driver schedules in order to fulfill customer requests
• Assist Inside sales team as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Technical knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations
• Diligent attention to safety
• Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills

This position is deemed Safety Sensitive for purposes of United Rentals’ policies and procedures.
