Nextech in Southfield, MI, invites a disciplined Dispatcher to be the linchpin of our field service operations. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure technicians and customers stay aligned, informed, and supported with urgency and professionalism.

Key duties include real-time dispatch board management, communicating updates, tracking history, verifying check-ins, and ensuring correct parts and POs are on hand.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and dispatch boards to keep technician rosters current.
• Communicate service updates and schedule changes to technicians and management.
• Track service history, updates, and customer communications in the system.
• Verify technician check-ins/outs and ensure IVR compliance.
• Ensure technicians have parts and POs needed to complete jobs.
• Provide proactive support to internal teams and customers, with urgency.
• Collaborate with Regional Service Managers to schedule new calls.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Dispatcher at Nextech, you’ll be the linchpin of field service operations. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure that our technicians and customers are aligned, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to ensure technician schedules are up to date


• Communicating service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and management


• Tracking service history, updates, and customer communications in the database


• Coordinating daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of work


• Verifying technician check-ins/outs and confirming IVR compliance


• Ensuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs successfully


• Providing world-class support to internal teams and customers — always with professionalism and urgency


• Collaborating with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new calls


• Managing data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned region

Min Compensation

USD $23.00/Hr.

Max Compensation

USD $28.00/Hr.

• Previous dispatch experience (service industry preferred)
