Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is hiring a Dispatcher to organize the daily dispatch of equipment for the Odessa branch in Texas. You will schedule drivers, assist with customer orders, arrange for emergency repairs, and answer calls to meet customer requests while supporting the inside sales team.

The role stresses safety, regulatory knowledge (DOT/FMCSR), and strong customer service. The position is on-site with competitive benefits and opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Technical knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations.
