First Student Management LLC is seeking a Dispatcher in North Charleston, SC to oversee bus routes and scheduling, coach drivers, and manage high-volume communications. The role emphasizes safety and superior customer service as part of daily operations.
The position requires 3–5 years of dispatch experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with radio dispatch equipment. DOT testing and English proficiency are required to maintain compliant operations.

Location: North Charleston, SC. Pay Rate: $23.50 per hour.

Language Requirement This role requires English proficiency. Federal, state, and local requirements, including U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, require training, safety communications, company policies, employment documents, and other job-related communications be conducted in English.
