PCL Solar Constructors USA Inc. in Longview, TX is seeking a Dispatcher to act as the logistics backbone for our solar projects. You will coordinate equipment, freight, and documentation to keep sites running smoothly.

You’ll maintain inventory accuracy, schedule service, and support pre-job safety, while building strong relationships with vendors and field teams. If you thrive in a hands-on, customer-focused environment and meet the listed qualifications, join a team that values ownership,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory control, or shipping/receiving.
• Strong organization skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Ability to understand and employ the company’s specifications, methods, and procedures.
• Understands quality of service and quality of product.
• Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and equipment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to carry up to 50lbs. without restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Arranges freight and completed documentation.
• Selects equipment, from inventory, to be sent to jobsites based on the requisition.
• Ensures maintenance and accuracy of inventory tracking.
• Pre-job safety instruction (PSI) and auditing facility PSIs.
• Schedules equipment periodic service and recertification; provides resources with completed maintenance work orders.
• Solicits customer feedback and initiates appropriate action.
• Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
