Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking a motivated individual to join our team in Wisconsin as a Dispatch/Delivery Coordinator. You will dispatch trucks, track orders, and ensure timely delivery of parts and services while coordinating with sales, warehouse, and drivers.

This role involves paperwork setup for vendors and occasional UPS orders, with additional duties as assigned. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 0+ years of experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.

Responsible for dispatching and tracking scheduled delivery activities to ensure a timely process and flow of materials.

Dispatch trucks and all orders to be processed.
Ensure parts and services are delivered in a timely manner.
Set routes with drivers.
Set up paperwork for incoming vendors.
Communicate with sales, warehouse, and delivery staff on delivery and routing issues.
May have to handle UPS orders and customer pickups.
Ensure that all vendors' parts are correctly processed per company policy.
Ensure that all returns to vendors are done correctly following company policy.
Assume other duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Essential Physical Demands/Work Environment

Work is primarily sedentary: must be able to sit for extended periods of time and use a computer, keyboard, and mouse, frequently. Travel may be required periodically, including overnight stays (contingent on position requirements). The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
