What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate and schedule ready mix concrete deliveries to meet customer and project requirements. Communicate with drivers, plant personnel, and customers to ensure safe, efficient, and timely operations. Monitor daily dispatch activities and adjust schedules to address changing priorities and production demands. Provide exceptional customer service by resolving delivery issues and responding to inquiries promptly. Maintain accurate dispatch records, order information, and operational communications.
