Parts Authority in Framingham, MA is hiring a Dispatcher to join our high-energy team. The dispatcher schedules drivers’ routes and ensures on-time deliveries while maintaining strong communication with customers and internal staff.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Must meet company insurance requirements (drivers 21+).
• Familiarity with warehouse safety measures.

• Open availability with flexibility for shifts and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to relay order status.
• Use the dispatch program to track orders and assign runs to drivers.
• Verify driver cash handling and record delivery times on bills.
• Coordinate with Parts Pullers to ensure correct deliveries.
• Guide drivers on routes and communicate changes to customers.
• Provide phone updates to customers on order progress.
• Assist drivers with route issues or other aspects of the job.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a dispatcher to join our high energy, fun, and fast paced work environment. The dispatcher is responsible for scheduling the drivers routes and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.

• Work well with customers
• Use the dispatch program to track orders from other stores and set up/ distribute runs to drivers
• Ensure that driver counts money collected and put delivery times on bills
• Work with Parts Pullers to ensure the deliveries go out correctly
• Work with drivers to make sure that they know the correct route
• Work with customers over the phone to update them on the status of their orders
• Properly assist drivers who have difficulty with routes or any other aspect of the job
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
• Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
• Focus and remain on task in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors

• 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.

• Must be able to meet company insurance requirements- (drivers must be 21 years old or over)
• Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
• Maintain and promote workplace safety
