Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)


Are you a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping teams organized and running efficiently? Tip Top Garage Doors is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Dispatcher to serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations.


In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, support our field technicians, and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. If you enjoy problem-solving, multitasking, and being the go‑to person who keeps everything on track, this could be the perfect fit.


What You’ll Do

Schedule and dispatch service and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset


Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs


Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day


Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place


Optimize routes to reduce drive time, improve efficiency, and minimize callbacks


Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering questions and setting clear expectations


Accurately document customer interactions and ensure proper follow‑up


Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately


Support the office and operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed


What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent


1–3 years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience


Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly desirable


Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
