Job summary

Under limited supervision, you will exercise initiative, multitask under pressure, communicate effectively with teammates, and uphold confidentiality and safety while delivering reliable operational results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant construction industry or transportation experience.
• Construction Industry experience.
• Computer proficiency.
• Negotiation skills.
• Familiar with a variety of the DOT concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record as determined by the Michels Review Team.

A Dispatcher coordinates activities of drivers engaged in delivery of equipment and materials to ensure operational success.
