Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate professional communication with drivers over the phone and On-Board Computer System (OBCS).
• Perform essential AS-400 functions to maintain computer systems.
• Communicate issues with internal and external customers.
• Complete thorough documentation of all issues involving drivers and loads.
• Perform regular, thorough fleet scans to proactively catch and correct issues.
• Ensure a high level of on-time service is maintained.

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• Knowledge of the Federal Motor Carriers Safety Regulations (FMCSR) and U.S. and Canadian geography
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and AS-400
• The ability to type 25 words per minute

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Transportation and call center/customer service experience
• Solid attention to detail and follow-up skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems
• The motivation to work well with minimal supervision or in a team environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a willingness to work collaboratively and get along with diverse personalities
• Solid organizational, project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage customer expectations
