Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Security Dispatcher to receive and transmit radio calls to security personnel, monitor CCCTV feeds, and coordinate incident responses. You will work as part of the security team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include dispatching officers and supervisors, monitoring surveillance events, contacting EMS and sheriff's department as needed, and recording routine reports. The role requires basic reading, writing and effective communication.

SUMMARY

Receive and transmit radio calls to security personnel. Monitoring all outside cameras, and receiving incoming security calls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Dispatch security officers.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION

One to three months related experience and/or training with CCCTV (closed circuit camera television monitoring); High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Age Requirement

Must be at least 21 years of age.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
