Disney Store Limited Time Sales Associate, Part Time

May 15, 2026 - early January 2027

Welcome to Disney Store Limited Time, operated by Go! Retail Group. This initiative brings high-quality products, including exclusive Disney Lines and support for Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars entertainment. The limited‑time store is a destination for guests of all ages, featuring trendy fashion, toys, home, and collectibles. All locations are operated and staffed exclusively by Go! Retail Group.

About the Role

This temporary Sales Associate position runs through the fourth quarter of 2026, covering the open dates of Disney Store Limited Time. It offers a chance to create fun, unforgettable experiences for families and fans.

What You’ll Do

• Be part of a passionate team.

• Assist guests in finding solutions that best meet their needs.
• Treat all guests and teammates with respect, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
• Maintain brand standards in guest engagement, visual presentation, and housekeeping.
• Perform cash wrap and POS duties efficiently while delivering exceptional guest service.
• Support operational tasks, merchandise replenishment, and other business needs.
• Adhere to company policies, including SOPs.
• Promote and maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
• Drive store results by suggesting additional items that enhance the guest experience.
• Demonstrate strong guest‑focused engagement both on and off the sales floor.
• Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to team success.
• Receive feedback constructively and take appropriate action.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail or the service industry.
• Great communication skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable with store systems and POS platforms.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Retail or event management experience.
• Knowledge of merchandising and store operations.

• One year of retail experience (or related experience).

• Basic computer skills, POS system, and Microsoft Office.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Flexible and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
