Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, and pots in a commercial dishwasher.
• Pre-sort and soak silverware to ensure proper cleaning.
• Load and unload the dishwashing machine safely.
• Work with speed, efficiency, and urgency.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and station setup.
• Follow instructions with attention to detail.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Complete trash removal and box breakdown tasks.
• Perform janitorial duties including sweeping and mopping.
• Communicate effectively as a supportive team member.
