Corsica Wine Bar in Reston, Virginia is seeking a Dishwasher to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of cutlery, glassware, and food machines. The role involves organizing and cleaning all dirty items, maintaining the dishwashing station, and managing trash disposal among other responsibilities.

The ideal candidate should be able to stand for their entire shift, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 60 lbs.
• Ability to stand for the entirety of a scheduled shift.
• Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments.

Responsabilités

• Organize and clean all dirty dishes, glassware, and cooking utensils.
• Ensure proper water management in the dishwasher.
• Remove trash and dispose of it in the dumpster.
• Prepare floors for cleaning by rolling/unrolling mats.
