Traditions Spirits Inc. is seeking a dedicated dishwasher to join our kitchen team in Norman, OK. You will wash and sanitize dishes and utensils, support basic prep tasks, and help maintain a clean, efficient work area in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Training and growth opportunities are provided within our hospitality group. We emphasize teamwork, reliability, and a strong commitment to cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred, but we welcome applicants with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate loads.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored.
• Empty trash bins regularly and maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment, including stoves, ovens, grills, and refrigerators.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a hygienic environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support the efficient operation of the kitchen.
