Job summary

You will operate cleaning equipment, assist with rotation of supplies, and perform janitorial duties in dining service areas while supporting the team with a positive attitude and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be able to tare and use digital scale.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance).
• Position requires standing, bending and walking the entire workday.
• Prefer prior restaurant experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes.

Responsibilities

• Follow all sanitary procedures and standards.
• Comply with local, state, and federal regulatory measures regarding food storage, cleaning, and preparation.
• Operate proper cleaning equipment and prioritize pot and dish washing to help with rotation of needed materials.
• Perform janitorial duties in various dining service areas.
