Qualifications

• Understanding of basic sanitation procedures
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures due to exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment, and kitchen utensils; sanitize as needed
• Operate and maintain the dishwashing station and three-compartment sink
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management
• Perform other light maintenance and custodial tasks as required
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude toward guests, customers, and coworkers
• Follow Aramark safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation
• Ensure security of company assets
