Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Dishwasher to support the kitchen and keep dishes, glassware, and utensils clean and sanitary. You will help keep the dish area organized and assist the line and prep areas as needed, with a strong work ethic required to help turn tables quickly.

Education and training: no formal academic qualification is required; prior experience and knowledge of food prep and kitchen maintenance is preferred, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; training provided.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Knowledge of kitchen maintenance and sanitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrape and sort dishes before loading into the dishwasher.
• Monitor water temperature during sanitary wash cycles.
• Unload and store utensils and dishes in proper areas.
• Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness.
• Bag trash and dispose of it at intervals.
• Maintain supplies and assist in food prep as needed.
• Keep dish area organized and support line and prep areas.
