Provincial Senior Living, part of Discovery Senior Living, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to join our on-site team in Texas. The role involves operating the dish-washing machine, sanitizing wares, and maintaining a clean kitchen environment in accordance with safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma or equivalent, up to 1 year of experience, and the ability to work flexible hours and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year experience in food service or dishwashing preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate dish-washing machine and sanitize all wares.
• Maintain clean and safe food service areas and floors.
• Clean production equipment as needed.
• Meet appearance, cleanliness and health standards.
• Follow daily/weekly cleaning schedules and safety procedures.
• Record service standards and regulatory compliance data.
• Assist in receiving food and non-food supplies.

Our community is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Operates dish-washing machine to properly wash and sanitize all dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, and cooking equipment.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, clutter free and safe environment in food services areas by sweeping, mopping and pressure washing floors, cleaning and sanitizing dish machine.
• Cleans production equipment as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Maintains or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, hygiene, and health standards.
• Follows daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Practices all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Records and maintains documentation for the following measures for service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Assists in receiving of food and non-food supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One (1) year previous experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
